The Matrix Reimprinted

July21

If you are familiar with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you will love the book- Matrix Reimprinting Using EFT by Karl Dawson and Sasha Allenby

“Matrix Reimprinting is a completely new personal development technique that dramatically improves health and well being by allowing you to access and transform painful memories that may be holding you trapped in the past.  It was developed from the popilar self-help technique EFT, a meridian tapping therapy that has shown outstanding results with both physical and emotional issues.  Matrix Reimprinting advances EFT by incorporating all the latest developments in the New Sciences and quantum physics.  This technique can be self-taught and can help you to overcome a variety of health and emotional challenges… “

It is such an easy read  and an informative manual.  The Science is really accessible to those who are not academically tuned in naturally to this field.  I recommend you set aside a couple of days to immerse yourself into it and allow yourself to get into the zone to get the best out of fully applying your whole self to the exercises.  Another suggestion for those who find it difficult to visualise your younger self, try looking at a photograph of yourself at the various required stages of your life when connecting with your ‘echo’ to help tune into the memory.
